The 2021 Diversity in Tech Dashboard provides a benchmark for the BC tech sector to track its progress on increasing the representation of under-represented groups within the sector. The 2022 Dashboard has been expanded to include benchmark data across Canada's tech sector.

171 tech employers provided information on whether or not they have Diversity and Inclusion policies, practices, and goals currently in place.
113 tech employers reported how their employees self-identified. From the data collected in 2021:
33.2% self-identify as a woman
41% self-identify as a visible minority
2.9% self-identify as a person with a disability
0.7% self-identify as an Indigenous person
8.3% self-identify as 2SLGBTQQIA+
