Coaching for Performance
TAP Network members are invited to evaluate one of Kwela Leadership & Talent Management's most requested workshops, “Coaching for Performance”, which includes all of the latest enhancements to the workshop.
The workshop focuses on the core leadership and management skills that better enable employee performance and engagement. It makes extensive use of skills practice using actual participant case studies, to ensure relevance and prepare participants for critical conversations back on-the-job.
Key focus areas are:
- Setting goals and expectations
- Using the right delegation style for the situation
- Giving frequent and authentic recognition
- Giving feedback and holding people accountable
- Coaching with the GROW model
- Holding impactful one-on-one meetings with employees

One evaluator from your organization is invited to experience and review this workshop, on a complimentary basis. We are limiting space to one person per member company, and 35 spaces in total are available for this virtual half-day workshop.
